Part-Time Physics Lecturer

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for a permanent/full-time role)
Working Days: Part Time
Hourly Rate: £30 per hour
We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Part-Time Physics Lecturer to join a supportive and dynamic team at a further education institution.
This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible, working three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday). There is potential for the position to become full-time following the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons to post-16 learners
- Plan and prepare lessons and resources in line with the curriculum
- Support students with their academic progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to assessment and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- A relevant degree in Physics or a related subject
- Previous teaching experience in FE or a similar setting is desirable
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
