Business Development Manager 
📍 Location: Orpington
🕒 Hours: 37 hours per week
📅 Contract: Ongoing Temporary – Potential to go Permanent
💼 Earning Potential: £26,760 base salary | Up to £45,000 with commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to support and grow apprenticeship programmes within the Motor Vehicle and Management sectors. This role focuses on building employer partnerships, driving apprenticeship recruitment, and enhancing skills development through tailored training delivery.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers in the motor vehicle and management sectors
• Drive new business through strategic partnerships and engagement activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and employers to develop relevant training programmes
• Lead on outreach and promotion of apprenticeships to businesses and prospective learners
• Provide ongoing support to both employers and apprentices to ensure programme success
• Manage the daily coordination and administration of apprenticeship delivery
• Track and report on programme outcomes and performance metrics
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes based on feedback

• Strong background in business development, sales, or apprenticeship programme coordination
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently
• Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
• Confident in problem-solving and able to resolve issues effectively
