📍 Cambridge | 💷 £20,065 per annum (Pro-Rata, Term-Time Only)

Are you motivated by the idea of helping young people thrive? Do you enjoy working in a practical, hands-on learning environment where every day is different? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
We’re seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our student support team, working closely with learners in a vocational skills setting. You’ll be part of a team that helps students—especially those with additional needs—gain confidence, achieve their goals, and enjoy their educational journey.

🔧 Your Role Will Involve:

  • Offering tailored support to learners with a range of educational and emotional needs, including those with support plans.
  • Adapting learning resources to suit individual needs—for example, modifying instructions or providing additional guidance.
  • Delivering support in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Working closely with tutors and staff to refine learning strategies and maximise student progress.
  • Taking part in training and development to strengthen your professional skills.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

  • A supportive and flexible person who can build strong relationships with young people.
  • Someone who communicates clearly and works well with others.
  • A team player comfortable in an active, vocational environment—such as workshops or practical learning spaces.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

Requirements:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience working with young people or supporting additional needs is helpful, but not essential—we value your mindset and willingness to make a difference most of all.

If you’re passionate about inclusive learning and want to help shape the future of young learners, we’d love to hear from you.
