Schedule 1 - Rate Card

An Extended Period of Hire option is also available and detailed in our Contract for the Supply of Services that is sent for each assignment. Salary is defined in our Terms and Conditions.

What does this mean in reality?

Perm:- If you hire a lecturer from Xede straight in to a permanent role at a salary of £35,000, it will cost you £2,000 (fixed fee) PLUS 10% of the salary totalling £5,500+VAT (equivalent to 15.7%!)

Temp to perm:- If you hire a Lecturer from Xede on a temp contract and they work a minimum of 450 hours (12 weeks at 37.5 hours per week), you can choose either of the following options:-

– we waive the fixed fee and you pay just 10% of the salary to transfer them

– you trigger the “extended period of hire” by notifying us you wish to keep the worker as a temp for a further 375 hours (10 weeks at 37.5 hours per week) and then you can transfer them for FREE…
