Referral Scheme

We believe great people know great people. That’s why we’re launching our Candidate Referral Scheme — a simple way for you to help someone land a great opportunity and receive a £50 Amazon voucher as a thank-you.

How It Works

1 Share the referral link below with someone you think would be a great fit for a role with Xede.

2 They complete the referral form, upload their CV, and include your full name and email so we can track the referral.

3 If they’re successfully placed and meet the criteria, you’ll receive your reward!

Full Terms and Conditions are below:

A £50 Amazon voucher will be awarded to the referrer if the referred candidate: - Is successfully placed in a role by us within 6 months of the referral date. - Completes a minimum of 60 hours or 8 working days in the role.

Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form - Issues can be reported to marketing@xede.co.uk - The referral must include the full name and contact details of the candidate.

Vouchers will be issued within 30 days of the candidate meeting the placement and work criteria. The referrer will be contacted via email to arrange delivery of the voucher.

- Only one referrer per candidate will be eligible for the reward. - The referred candidate must not already be in our database or have applied independently. - Xede reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. - This referral scheme is intended solely to encourage the sharing of candidate opportunities. It is not designed to influence any commercial decisions or business relationships. Xede reserves the right to withhold rewards where a conflict of interest or breach of anti-bribery policy is identified.
